All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days

New Zealand orders should be received 2-3 days following dispatch

Australia orders should be received within 5-10 days following dispatch

Other international orders may take up to two weeks following dispatch

Please Note: International orders may incur additional fees and duties. The responsibility for any custom duties, taxes or additional fees which may be imposed rest solely with the customer.

Christmas Deliveries

Sending before the Christmas cut-off dates gives you the best chance of getting your orders in time for Christmas. These dates may change, so please check back regularly.

To target delivery before Christmas Day, we recommend your orders are placed by the dates below.

Hamilton - 20th December 
Auckland - 20th December 
Rest of NZ - 18th December 

Returns

If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your order being made. 

For December orders, returns or exchanges will be accepted until 31 January.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

To complete your return, please notify me via email to georgia@ottoloom.co.nz and then courier your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
