Shipping:

New Zealand:
Free shipping nationwide for orders over $50.
$7 nationwide for orders under $50.

Australia:
$20 flat rate for all orders.

International:
$30 flat rate for all other international destinations.

All orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. New Zealand orders should be received 2-3 days following dispatch. Australia orders should be received within 5-10 days following dispatch. Other international orders may take up to two weeks following dispatch.

Orders made between Christmas and New Year:
Orders made during our holiday period may take up to three weeks to be dispatched while our office is closed. If you make an order during this time, we will contact you with a dispatch date.

Returns:
If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we will provide a full refund or exchange within 14 days of your order being made. 
For December orders, returns or exchanges will be accepted until 31 January.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.  
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Ottoloom Returns, 597 Maunganui Road, Mount Maunganui.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within three working days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank.
